The ProTeam listing programs all have the same goal: to get the property sold in your preferred timeframe, for the highest price possible, with the least hassle possible.
We also believe in giving our clients choices. When it comes time to list your home for sale we offer a variety of programs to meet your needs and budget, with special discounts for seniors, military veterans and repeat clients. And finally, all of our plans come with The ProTeam's "Client Bill of Rights" which allows you to cancel our listing agreement at any time if our service doesn't meet your expectations. Here is a quick overview of our plans:
The Standard Plan
This program, our most basic, is for budget-conscious sellers. It delivers service far beyond most of our competitors, for a low fee. We do all of the basics - market analysis, yard sign, home staging, brochures, MLS, marketing brochure - plus provide a number of services that most brokers don't (even though they charge top dollar!) Things like our 24/7 HomeHunter Hotline, web marketing, and much more.
The ProPlan
This program, our most popular, is designed to get fair market value quickly. The ProPlan builds on The Standard Plan with state-of-the-art marketing tools including interactive Virtual Tours, Television advertising, home magazine advertising with premium placement, premium web marketing with featured placement on all of the top home search sites (Realtor.com, Yahoo, Google, MSN, Trulia, CraigsList, etc,), and more! Best of all, the fee for this program is still below what many of our competitors charge.
The Top Dollar Plan
This program is for clients who need or want to sell their property for absolute top dollar, over and above the value indicated by our market analysis. In many cases we are able to accomplish this for our client by applying our time-tested "Top Dollar" marketing strategies.
